All of our jewellery comes with the Jewellers Workshop Lifetime Warranty for craftsmanship.

To keep your precious pieces looking their best and avoid damage, we recommend taking care with how you wear your jewellery. Make sure to remove your jewellery when appropriate, particularly during activities that might knock, scratch, or apply pressure such as gardening, sports, or the gym. To clean most precious gemstones, it's safe to use a soft toothbrush and warm soapy water. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us.

We recommend having your jewellery professionally serviced every 12 months. Jewellers Workshop provides a complimentary service where we will check the condition, polish, and clean you jewellery while you wait.
