At Jewellers Workshop, we provide lifetime complimentary checking and polishing for all jewellery made by us. This service can be taken advantage of as often as you like, however, we recommend having your jewellery checked at least every 6 to 12 months, especially for rings set with gemstones, to ensure they remain secure and in good condition.

For jewellery not made by Jewellers Workshop, we offer inspection and polishing services. In some cases, we may polish a small number of rings at no charge at our discretion, but generally, there is a minimum fee of $35 per item.

You’re welcome to visit our High Street workshop for jewellery checks and cleaning during our opening hours: Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm, and Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm. No appointment is necessary.

Regular maintenance helps preserve the appearance and structural integrity of your jewellery. We also advise checking your insurance coverage to ensure your jewellery is adequately protected.

If your jewellery needs repair, we offer a full range of repair services for both pieces made by us and those made elsewhere. We believe that well-made jewellery should be maintained and repaired where possible, ensuring it can continue to be worn and enjoyed for years to come. Our skilled jewellers can assess your piece and recommend the best approach for restoring its strength, appearance, and wearability.
